The Early Childhood Professional Association (TECPA) began in 1990 as Charles River Management and Consulting (CRMC), an early childhood management and consulting group. In 2001, CRMC refocused its mission to solely provide high quality speakers and thought provoking topics to the field and was renamed Natick Early Childhood Professional Association (NECPA).

In 2011, it became clear that we had outgrown our roots in Natick. As we approach 2012, the evolution from CRMC to NECPA to TECPA has moved our educational programs from Natick to Needham, Westwood and Milton.  We currently have participants from the Metro West, South Shore, and the greater Boston area. We look forward to moving into new communities as we continue to expand our programming.

The TECPA team is here to meet your professional development needs with dynamic speakers and cutting edge topics. Our goal is to stimulate and inspire you every day.
