Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership explores how leaders can find new and empowering ways to adapt to the evolving world of early childhood education. Research into the immense, life-long value of high quality early childhood education has created a wave of reforms designed to increase the quality of education in early childhood programs. The research and its many resulting initiatives are aligned with the field’s long-standing commitment to provide quality education and care to all children. Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership is a unique workshop series that integrates well-researched inspirational and motivational leadership techniques with the current standards for high quality early education and care.
